Blair Krueger / Chief Executive Officer

Blair has over 30 years of experience in running, operating and financing public and private companies. Blair is currently on the Board of Directors of Coinstrike Inc., a technology company, and Viceroy Bahamas, Inc., a real estate development company and Airline Ambassadors International, a charitable organization; *Blair has worked for some of the top financial institutions in Toronto & New York specializing in Project Finance, Corporate Finance and M&A. Blair has worked for Citibank and Bankers Trust Company in New York in their Mergers & Acquisitions departments. He has worked for Burns Fry and subsequently BMO Nesbitt Burns in Toronto, Forbes & Manhattan as well as several other Canadian based Investment Banking and Merchant Banking firms; *Blair has run several public mining companies as CEO. With a background as a Professional Geophysicist together with Investment Banking experience, Blair has the ability to communicate in detail with the exploration professionals as well as the financial services community – two key factors involved in running a public mining company. He has dealt with designing and running exploration programs as well as managing the details of maintaining a public listing including; audits, annual reports, annual meetings, management discussion and analysis, shareholder reports, shareholder relations, relations with the listing committee and with the exchange. He currently maintains an office on Bay St. in Toronto; *Has worked in Calgary, Alberta for several major oil and gas companies as an exploration geophysicist including Unocal, Bow Valley Industries, Petro Canada and BP Canada (British Petroleum); *Has managed several mining projects abroad in China, Mongolia, Kyrgyzstan, Indonesia, Mali & south Australia as well as the Yukon Territory; *Holds a B.Sc. from the University of Victoria and an MBA from the Ivey School of Business at Western University in London, Ontario.

Myron G. McCoy/ Chief Engineering Officer & Director

Myron G. McCoy is the owner of Lonesome Pine Development, LLC and mineral leasing and management company located in Southeast Kentucky. He has been leasing coal properties and developing them for production for the last 6 years and currently has five active mining permits, two of which have been mined to completion and reclaimed. Mr. McCoy has a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from James Madison University, a Bachelor of Science degree in Mining Engineering from the University of Kentucky and a Masters Degree in Education Administration from Union College. Mr. McCoy has worked for more than 40 years in the mining industry in Kentucky, Virginia, West Virginia and Tennessee. He has owned and operated core drilling operations, oil & gas drilling operations, coal and water laboratories, engineering firms and coal mining operations, including underground mines, auger mines and surface mines. He also was a high school math teacher and football coach for the Knox County Public Schools.

Michael C. Heim / Chief Operating Officer

Mr. Heim is currently Permit Manager for JMR Resources, LLC in southeast Kentucky. JMR has active mining permits in Kentucky and controls mining rights on more than 3000 acres of coal properties in Bell, Knox and Whitley Counties, Kentucky. Mr. Heim also manages all permitting operations for several coal companies in Kentucky, Virginia and West Virginia. He has a Master of Coal Mining Geology/Hydrology from Eastern Kentucky University of Richmond, KY and has managed permitting operations for large consulting firms such as Marshall Miller & Associates, Inc. and Engineering Consulting Services, Inc. in Kentucky and Virginia. He has worked as Geologist/Engineer for various coal companies such as James River Coal Service Company, Majestic Mountain Holdings, LLC, Ikerd Mining, LLC and Williams Refinery Group. He has been a partner in firms such as Environmental Resource Investigation, Inc. an engineering and environmental consulting firm. Mr. Heim was owner of Infantry Arms Surplus, LLC, a Class III firearms manufacturing company.

Gregory Klok / Chairman and Director

Mr. Klok has over 20 years of mining operations experience and was one of the Co-founders of Consolidated Mining Inc, a company formed to research and mine precious minerals and develop business opportunities globally. Since the 1990’s he has been involved in mining operations internationally including Mexico, Peru, Colombia, West Africa and North America. He has managed placer and hard rock mining operations, completed major infrastructure work and managed a work force of over 60 people during the production phase of several mining operations. Between 2003 and 2007 prior to co-founding Consolidated Mining he worked with Gekko systems to design and set up a custom placer processing plant for Inca Minerals to evaluate their Kiabamba Gold River Project and was responsible for dealing with local customs and mining authorities to import equipment obtain mining permits for Inca Minerals in Peru. He was also head of exploration for Hamilton mining SARL where he was responsible for evaluating the Tinkisso River Dredging Permit.
